Retour :
En vertu de l’article L121-20 du Code de la consommation, l’acheteur dispose d'un délai de quatorze jours ouvrables à compter de la livraison de leur commande pour exercer son droit de rétractation et ainsi faire retour du produit au vendeur pour échange ou remboursement sans pénalité, à l’exception des frais de retour.
Seuls seront repris les produits renvoyés dans leur ensemble, vous ne devez ni laver ni couper ni colorer les cheveux. Les produits sont renvoyés dans leur emballage d’origine, et en parfait état.
Si le client souhaite échanger le produit, les frais de livraison seront à sa charge.
Les objets détériorés ou modifiés ne seront ni remboursés ni échangés et vous seront renvoyés à notre charge.
Attention, en cas de commande sur mesure (taille, longueurs ou couleur personnalisées) le droit de rétractation ne pourra pas être appliqué.
En cas de remboursement, Haironfleek by Salma s’engage à rembourser les frais de la commande dans un délai de 14 jours maximum après réception du colis renvoyer pas le client.
Retour et remboursement :
Conformément aux dispositions légales, le client peut renvoyer les produits commandés pour échange ou remboursement dans les 14 jours à compter du lendemain de la réception de la commande. Au terme de ce délai de 14 jours, les produits livrés seront réputés conformes à la commande et acceptés par le client.

2-un e-mail vous sera ensuite envoyé pour valider la procédure de retour à suivre.
3-Les produits devront être retournés dans leur état et emballage d'origine et aux frais du client à l'adresse suivante :

Return policy:
Under article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty,
except for return costs. Only products returned as a whole will be accepted, you must not wash, cut or color the hair. The products are returned in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. If the customer wishes to exchange the product, the delivery costs will be at his expense.
Damaged or modified items will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to you at our expense.
Please note, in the case of a custom order (size, length or custom color) the right of withdrawal cannot be applied. In the event of a refund,
Haironfleek by Salma undertakes to reimburse the costs of the order within a maximum of 10 days after receipt of the package by the customer.
Return and refund : In accordance with legal provisions, the customer can return the products ordered for exchange or refund within 14 days from the day after receipt of the order. At the end of this 14-day period, the products delivered will be deemed to comply with the order and accepted by the customer.
